Every year RPSC conducts a Combined Competitive Exam (CCE) for the recruitment of eligible candidates to the state services and sub-ordinate posts. The selection process will be conducted in three phases: Prelims, Mains and Interview. The RPSC RAS preliminary exam is qualifying in nature and marks scored in Mains & Interview will be included in preparing the merit list. The candidates have to appear in all three stages to get selected for their desired designation in Rajasthan Govt.

Rajasthan Public Service Commission is responsible for conducting RPSC CCE Exam every year for State Service & Subordinate Services in Rajasthan. This year RPSC RAS Notification 2023 has been released for filling 905 vacancies for State Service and Subordinate posts in Rajasthan. Steps to register for RPSC RAS

Step 1: Visit the official website of RPSC RAS 2023 at www.rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the "Apply Online" or "Registration" link.

Step 3: Read the instructions and guidelines carefully before proceeding with the application.

Step 4: Fill in the required details in the application form, including personal information, and educational qualifications.

Step 5: Upload scanned copies of necessary documents, such as educational certificates, identity proof, and passport-sized photographs, as per the prescribed format and size mentioned in the instructions.

Step 6: Pay the application fee through the provided online payment options. The fee amount varies for different posts, so ensure you pay the correct fee as per your chosen position.

Step 7: Double-check all the entered information and uploaded documents before submitting the application.

Step 8: Once submitted, note down the registration number or take a printout of the application confirmation page for future reference.

Step 9: Keep checking the official website or your registered email for updates and notifications regarding the recruitment process.

Step 10: It is advisable to take a printout of the completed application form and payment receipt for your records.

RPSC RAS Educational Qualification

The candidate holding a Graduation Degree in any field or equivalent qualification from any recognised university is eligible to apply for RPSC RAS

RPSC RAS Age Limit 

The candidate should hold the minimum age of 21 years and the maximum age of 40 years to apply for RPSC RAS 2023.

RPSC RAS Selection Process

The selection procedure consists of three stages:

1-Preliminary Exam
2-Mains Exam
3-Interview/Personality Test


The candidates have to attempt all three stages and qualify each stage to be promoted to next stage. Any candidate if fail in any round, will have to begin from the starting stage i.e. Prelims.

A preliminary exam is a screening test and only a limited number of candidates will be called for Mains Exam. The marks scored in the prelims exam will not be counted in the merit list.

RPSC RAS Syllabus

RPSC RAS Admit Card

The RPSC RAS Admit Card will be released tentatively 10 to 15 days before the exam date. The candidates have to download the hardcopy of the hall ticket and get a photocopy of it for safe side. The printout of the admit card is the mandatory document to be carried to the exam hall else will not be permitted to appear in the exam. RPSC will be releasing Prelims & Mains Admit Card separately. Only the candidates qualifying Prelims will be issued with Mains Admit Card.

RPSC RAS Result

RPSC will release the result for each stage after the successful conduction of the stage. The candidates who qualify for Prelims will be eligible to appear to Mains only and the candidates who score more than the cut-off marks in Mains will be called for the Interview round. The final result will be prepared based on scores obtained in Mains and Interview.
